WHY A HELLBENDER?
The Ozark Hellbender is an endangered species of Missouri that thrives when conditions are clean, connected, and strong. When conditions deteriorate, they struggle.
Leadership isn't all that different. When communication breaks down, trust erodes, or competing priorities create friction, performance suffers. When conditions improve, people are more likely to thrive.
Most don’t need to become someone different to succeed. They need to understand how they can influence the conditions of their environment.
