For Coaches
This initiative is designed to be simple, focused, and meaningful.
There is no required script or model. Coaches are invited to bring their own style and training into each conversation.
What we are aligning on is the experience:
One conversation, centered on one real situation
Space for the client to think, reflect, and gain clarity
A sense of forward movement by the end of the session
We trust professional coaches to meet this moment with presence, curiosity, and respect for the client’s thinking.
Why This Matters
Expands access to coaching in asimple, approachable format
Creates a consistent experience across communities
Generates real insight into how coaching helps people move forward
