I help people, organizations, and communities move forward through leadership development, professional learning, coaching, facilitation, and strategic communication.

For more than 25 years, my career has spanned K–12 education, higher education, federal government, nonprofit leadership, and private consulting. Across each role, I have designed learning experiences, built partnerships, managed programs and projects, developed leaders, coordinated complex initiatives, and strengthened organizations committed to serving the public .

Today, my work continues through Hellbender Coach and GOTURSIX, where I support leaders, strengthen rural communities, and build partnerships that expand opportunity throughout Missouri's south-central Ozarks.
